но на других движках часто встречал 1939 обычными проводами 2,5 мм. Попробую конечно витуху поискать на движке, но по моему её там не было, взгляд бы сразу уцепился.

Есть она там..., судя по FIS (QSB6.7 CM2250/QSL9 CM2250 - SAE J1939 Multiplexing Circuit) разьем OEM пины 17 и 18.......

Circuit Description
Normally, switches, accelerators, and other components are connected to the engine electronic control module (ECM) directly through individual wires. Multiplexing allows those same components to be hard wired to an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) machine control unit (MCU) in the cab. Then, component values and states from components such as sensors, accelerators, and switches can be transmitted from the OEM MCU to the Cummins® ECM over the SAE J1939 data link.

Messages sent from the OEM MCUs are received by the Cummins® ECM and used for controlling the engine. The Cummins® ECM and OEM MCUs must be configured properly so that proper operation of the multiplexed components will occur.

Component Location
The J1939 data link wiring and MCU location varies by OEM. Refer to the OEM service manual.


Conditions for Running the Diagnostics
This diagnostic runs continuously when the keyswitch is in the ON position.

Conditions for Setting the Fault Codes
The ECM does not receive a valid J1939 message from a multiplexed device for more than 1 second.

The ECM detects an open or short circuit condition in the J1939 data link harness.

Action Taken When the Fault Code is Active

Мне кто нибудь может сказать где искать распиновку на ЕСМ или помочь с ней?

так дайте хоть какую исходную информацию , парт намба блока или точный номер мотора ...
есть FIS на все типы , но какой у вас ?

Поделитесь секретом, если не жалко. По номерам движка где инфу берёте?

Таки 9-пиновый стандартный разъем J1939 по FIS-у, его точно на движке нет, ладно когда буду на объекте, посмотрю че там с 17 и 18 выходит и куда идет.
